Thank you for visiting my professional page. I am a dedicated IT currently engaged in initiatives at Infraero Brazilian Airports, including the Physical Access Control System and the Enterprise Architecture Committee. With over 30 years of experience, I specialize in IT Service Management (ITSM), metrics, and IT contracts, alongside expertise in process mapping, technology research, and meeting management. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Information (1997) and a specialization in IT Governance (2015), I have spent more than 20 years in IT infrastructure roles across Brasília Airport, Recife Airport, and Infraero Headquarters. My career encompasses IT governance, networking, telecommunications, and systems support. Additionally, I hands-on experience in translation and interpretation between Brazilian Portuguese and English. 2013, I had the opportunity to participate in a technical visit to Mountain View, Silicon Valley, engaging with leading technology firms such as Google, Apple, IBM,, and Cisco. My responsibilities have included customer service auditing procurement management, and the creation of Terms of Reference and Proof of Concept documents. I am committed to enhancing company decision-making by projecting complex IT scenarios and mapping technological trends, ensuring economic sustainability while adhering to professional ethics. I continuously pursue knowledge of emerging technologies and processes, striving for excellence in all my endeavors and maintaining strong communication skills throughout my career.
